About
Martha's doctoral research focuses on principles for the quantification of gain-based damages. Her research interests lie principally in the law of obligations, particularly in the law of unjust enrichment, tort and contract, as well as medical law and ethics and human rights.
Martha is the current President of the Graduate Legal Research Society. She is also Managing Editor of the King's Student Law Review and Co-Convenor of the third International Graduate Legal Research Conference.
